Thanks guys!

I'm only thinking of doing this because of sudden onset carb puke. Never had it before this year. I changed the inlet seat and needle vale and still get it. Only after it's hot but it only takes a 20 minute ride and then it seems intermittent.

I'm contemplating selling her because I bought a '99 Porsche Boxster last year and can't afford two toys. So I want to do the minimum and enjoy her while I make final decision to sell. Believe me it's a tough decision.

So would you go pumpless to fix carb puke or try something else first?

WHY JUST LEAVE IT with the pump. less work, or relocate pump to under R side cover.

I think pumpless, is the easiest and best solution. We have had guys on the forum, do nothing but ditch the pump, run a hose from the petcock to the carb, and ride. They never looked back.

I need carb puke to go away. If I sell no one I going to buy a bike that leaks gas.

Cost is $0, if you want it to be. Mod the stock mount for the pump to raise the enricher knob to just under the tank. I did that on both of mine... works great!

I went pumpless to get rid of something I (and the bike) didn't need.

Then I went to the 42 carb and really got rid of something I didn't need!

+1 but I will correct your spelling. You spelled "Many" and the real spelling is "Most" I will say that it does appear that he has lowered some of his prices recently. He must have lost a lot of customers because they asked questions here at the RSC first.
