#197979 XXX Custom Cycles (User) Expert Boarder Posts: 477 Nitrogen filled tires 8 Years, 9 Months ago   Went to a BBQ today held by the local ABATE chapter in S.Florida. There was a vendor there doing NITRO fill for bike tires today and the cost was $10.00 per bike. A great price for Nitrogen, I've seen it as high as $20.00 per tire but never did it on my R*. So they fill mine and I take it for a short ride up the road for a mile or so. All I can say is WOW !!! What a big difference. If you have not done this already make sure you do. Platinum Boarder Posts: 8679 Re:Nitrogen filled tires 8 Years, 9 Months ago   I got the local tire shop to do mine a couple of days before the trip to Lake of the Ozarks, checked the pressure when I got back (2500 miles) and it has not moved. I also added the Dyna Beads for balance. SMOOTH ride!
