I like the Tq but the hp is lower than mine with stock pistons. Don't make sense

Yamaha book says stage 3 will get you over 80hpand about 108tq. Stage 3 is basically just HC pistons, hsr42,ign module, intake ,exhaust and clutch. No cams

I'm going to go upstairs and see if I could find one of my old runs because I'm sure I had about the same horsepower then here's a pic showing the difference between the 98 high compression pistons and 110 big bore pistons there about a 1/4 of an inch bigger

that makes no sence at all... unless black bikes are faster no matter what

something is not right here jay. a stock 1700 with pipes and air cleaner gives 75hp and 100ft lbs tq. you have ported heads, big bore, carb, pipes, and air cleaner. you should easy put the most of us in the dust. i vote either the guy dont know what he is doing or the dyno is not reading right

i have asked him, usaf, and any other member who had internal motor work done if they ran their bike on a dyno cause i was really leaning on doing it up but none of them had done it.

your a/f looks great to me. if the dyno is right the numbers are way lower than is called for here. tq is up 15lbs from a light modded roadie and while that is good your hp is the same. i really think his dyno needs to be calibrated.

I'm a little confused on the AFR reading it goes lean off the chart at 3700rpm. If I'm reading that correctly you are running out of fuel supply at that point and can't make any more HP/TQ and your TQ drops like a rock around that area.

Actually it looks like the AFR in the best run dropped high off the chart at about 2900 rpm and the tq dropped at that point.
