Re:Roadiedude's TPS bracket 4 Years, 7 Months ago
I got the carb back in there. I changed my pilot back to a 35 from 27.5 on my HSR45. It was way too lean and exhaust popped a lot so when I set my air screw to compensate it made the other circuits too rich. That 35 works much better with the rest of the carb an screw at 1-3/4 turns instead if 1-1/4. Anyways..
Butt dyno can't tell anything with the TPS. That annoying light went out haha. I may or may not get time to run a full tank I gas soon but my intention is to see what happens with gas mileage. I've been averaging 30mpg and that's half and half city/hwy. Before I went to a 27.5 pilot I was getting 32mpg avg.

Craig,
Great product! Slot the bracket side screws rearward and thank you!
