calling audio experts 1 Year ago
Im currently in the middle of a build. I love Polk speakers and am going to be running them on my bike, however I need help picking out an amp to run everything.I will be running 4 speakers on my front fairing and 2 speakers on my saddle bags.

the 4 speakers on my fairing are 6.5inch Polk MM6501
RMS: 250 watts per set / 125 watts each side
•Peak: 500 watts per set / 250 watts each side
•Frequency response: 40 - 25,000Hz
•Impedance: 2.7 ohms

the 2 speakers on my saddle bags are 6x9 Polk MM691
Peak: 600 watts per pair / 300 watts each
RMS: 250 watts per pair / 125 watts each
•Recommended power range: 15 - 125 watts RMS per channel
•2.7 ohms impedance

my issue is trying to find an amp. all of the speakers are 2.7 ohm what is a good amp I should look for?
I am looking to build a crazy loud system.
I am also looking for a small in size amp as I plan to install it in my front fairing.
can anyone give me a recommendation on what amp would be best for my setup.

at this point im considering running 2 amps however im slightly worried about power draw
I have an alpine Power Pack KTP-445U im considering using for the rear 6x9, I would prefer to run 1 amp though

Diamond micro amps or arc moto 600.4

I have the arc moto for the fairing and leg fairing speakers.

I plan on a diamond micro amp for my tour pack.

And let me tell you what. This guy here knows how to make a loud stereo

I've seen it. And I've heard it. Hell, I could hear it plain as day over my stereo while I was riding behind him

With EITHER two 6x9 OR four 6.5 speakers you would be set....with all 6 speakers and 2 amps....it will be crazy.....I love my RSV but the 4in speaker openings just suck....I got good components and it sounds like ass and is quiet....
