Don't have them on mine, but I believe Dave J modified the OEM Yamaha bag brackets on his. He'll probably chime in and help you out. Are you planning on using the stock fender?

If you want to use OEM saddlebag brackets mount a pc of hollow tube steel or aluminum on the bottom of the OEM bracket. It sits up into the recess on the bottom of the HD bag (I used a pc of aluminum cut from an old pair of crutches)make sure the rubber mounts are in place inside the recess.

then redrill the holes in the bags to line up with the threaded OEM bracket mounts and plug the old holes with a cap purchased from hardware. then mount them just that easy

The Yamaha pt #'s are 5GA-28474-01-00 & 5GA-28473-01-00. But you can find them on Ebay or pinwall cycle usually under $100 a set. The dealer wants $137 for one of them and $164 for the other.

Thanks, no joke, those things aren't cheap. In the end though they are a hell of a lot cheaper than those aftermarket mounts.

Can I ask how you made the lowering brackets for your saddlebags?
