I hate short articles like that! (He's a retired judge). This article is very misleading.... Yes, that's the punishment for the traffic offense. However, he is certain that a criminal case is pending that involves vehicular manslaughter which is a felony. Additionally, a wrongful death suit will likely be filed by the family. I agree....
