The quickest way to become hated on the RSC is to start correcting spelling and grammar. Ask me how I know this.

Thank you all for your advice but I asked for help not Sarcasm. If I knew, I wouldn't ask. The mechanics at the dealer told me to use B-12. They use it to as a soak when clealing out carbs that is clogged from ethanol. I do notice that the vacuum nipple at bottom of carb dont have a hose on it. I have no idea if there ever was one or if so what happen to it or what it connects to.

Don't think he was being sarcastic, just trying to lay down a point. Sometimes things can be taken that way over the computer.

Nothing goes there. It is your float bowl drain.

That's the bowl drain and does not have a hose on it. You can put a hose on it to drain the bowl into something if you need to, but it's normal not to have anything connected to it.

...and FWIW.. I tried installing a Peacock on my tank, but the damn things squawk like crazy at high speed.

Listen to these guys, they'll fix you right up!

Sounds like do you need a new needle and seat float bowl casket an accelerator pump oring or it could be the vacuum line pops off your intake manifold

Admittedly I am not near my bike but.....from the intake manifold, where does the other end of the vacuum hose connect to?

I hope replacing the plug fixes your issue. May want to put something like a small tie wrap or clamp around the hose. A dab of silicone on what ever you plug it with cant hurt either.
Sometimes it is the little things that get overlooked.
