The first year was in 08, and there were a couple of them, one for the Midwest (met in Lake of the Ozarks) and there was two others one out west and one in the southeast. This year one in OHIO and one in Arkansas. You or anyone who wants to organize one can, the RSC really has no steak in it, it's just the members who have decided to put these together.
