Isn't It Always The Way 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago
So I ordered a new LED headlight and was installing it last night. I took some before pictures, noted a spot on the wall for alignment and took the light off the bike. While taking the headlight apart, the head on one of the adjusting screws is stripped. In checking this morning, there are none to be had within 150 miles. I ordered 2 new screws and nuts from Partzilla. In talking with Tanner to figure out my delivery options, overnight, Saturday delivery is $85 for $10 worth of parts. Monday deliver is only $25. So I'll lose the weekend. Isn't it always the way???

That's one expensive screw. Maybe you could just hold it with a handjob for $10?

Ouch... I thought you were going to say you dropped the new light and it shattered. That would be worse.

SHHHH! The light is not back in the bike yet!!

That would be a lot worse. I suppose that I should be grateful that it's only a mangled screw.

Take the other screw to the hardware store and match it up but then I'm sure you have already done this. Ha ha
