At around $30 each, it's not a big expense if you want assurance you have new rubber on the insides. Important to have the wheel trued and the spokes at the proper torque first. He's the expert. I go in expecting/planning on putting new tube in but if he's confident the old one is still in good working order he saves me $20 or so.
