You say it already had the heavier oil gear. That's probably because the weaker gear was in the earlier (1999-2002) models. Yours is a 2003, correct?

Yeah I wasn't sure so I bought it anyway. It was only $10 anyway. At least now I know it's certainly good. Now I have an extra oil pump gear

I'm pretty sure that's what Tim quoted me when I ordered everything from him. If you want my old one ill mail it to you for free. It is indeed the upgraded beefy one and looks in perfect shape. Old gear is on the left. Crappy picture and angle but they are both the exact same.

75kona...I'm in Canada...I ran the $$'s and you know ..by the time I add up shipping and Federal tax that they collect at the border and $$ exchange...it's not ALL that different. Tim quoted me $185 shipped for the Barnett kit, and gasket....exhchange would have made that $200 Cdn and then $210 after taxes....I got the Barnett kit in canada and at my door for $206 and then the gasket again here in Canada was $21.85 so $227.85 all in....so I call that approx within $17..cdn...so there ya go...it costs us more here....IMHO

At that price you paid $65 for the gear. I just got the Barnett conversion kit and gasket from Tim last month and it was $145 and I have seen several people request a quote for the same and it is always $145.
