Sold my Roadstar today. 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago

Put my bike om cycle trader last week and sold it to a fellow today for $5800. With the $2500 padding from the insurance company when the girl hit me, i almost broke even. i think i'm down at most $500 but i got that much and more enjoyment this year out of it. just got bored riding by myself. the woman wasn't interested and driving a 100 miles for a cup of coffee and then home got old. maybe i'll pick up a sports car. i've had a few Del Sols so maybe i'll look for another one.
just want to say this is the best forum i've been on. not one asshole and that's saying something. maybe because no politics, which brings out the worst in us. be safe.

Sounds like it worked out well for you, and at least you got to give it a shot. Riding is not for everyone.
Hopefully your lady will like the sports car, and you will find something that you can do together.
Hope you enjoy whatever your next adventure is.

BTW: if you still have your crash bar covers in your profile pic. I would be interested in them if you want to sell them. depending on what brand bars they fit.
