eBay, but you don't need to mess with the belt to install a Roadwing. Set the tool for 10 pounds and push up in the middle of the lower belt. It should deflect 3/8 - 1/2 inch or so. Read the instructions on the tool package.

Nope, I'm fairly new to the Roadstar too, and my bike is torn down for paint, tires, roadwing, etc etc .. so I was interested in the tool too

Loosen the shock bolts but don't remove them, raise bike with a jack so the rear tire is off the ground, put bike on blocks as far forward and as far rearward as you can to allow room to remove the stock shock, remove the jack, use a shovel to leverage the wheel up to remove pressure on the shock bolts, remove the shock. It helps to have two people, one for the shovel and one to deal with the shock. Instead of a shovel, you can put wood wedges under the tire to relieve the pressure on the shock bolts of you are by yourself.

Re:Question about Roadwing 1 Year, 2 Months ago
i have lifted my bike with a bike jack then lowered it onto stacks of 2x4's when changing the shock. It gets the jack out of the way like this. At least it has worked well for me
