Anyone figure out bezel retro fit? 2 Years, 8 Months ago  
I have been looking for some kind of retro fitted bezel from some other vehicle to put on the R* dash. There are so many thousands of bezels for god knows how many cars, trucks etc that surely someone has tried to figure out if there is a diameter match that can easily be machined to retro fit our bikes. Anyone ever try that one? Or is this the first time it has come up and I have to be the first rider at the rodeo?

No i'm talking about the ignition switch bezel. This seems to bee the speedo bezel they are talking about.

You can buy Yamaha's billet accessory one for right around $30.


Cr@p, I just found it for $19 with shipping. Now I bought one.

you think you found one but you didnt. What you found was a dealer website that still has it listed even though it was discontinued about 2 or 3 years ago. So what you did was you gave them a credit card number where they're going to charge you and then refund you within a matter of minutes.

We'll see.

Half the stuff I bought in the last year has been discontinued, they quit making the bike..

I still see them show up on eBay too, if we're talking about the same thing.

I started aiming him to one of these, but I believe he wants the ignition bezel.

Although, while we're in the neighborhood, does anyone have a picture of one of these on their speedo?
