Did the LAW ride in DC 3 Years, 9 Months ago
Just did the LAW ride in DC and it was a perfect day for the memorial. The weather was 65 degrees leaving and only reached 80 with no clouds or rain. In two weeks Rolling Thunder moves through DC and it will be either raining or 100 degrees at the Pentagon parking lot. There is something really cool about blowing through 18 miles of major metro area with every intersection shut down by police bike escorts blasting past us at 65 plus MPH.I just wish it was to do something other than memorialize 111 officers checking out on the end of watch for the last time. Thank god we have brave men and women that are willing to lay their lives on the line for us. Thanks to all of you officers.

The weird part was out 500 or so bikes in this ride only one other R* was to be found. Just about every other cruiser was there.

Hey Greysnake were you with the Blue Knights? I thought I saw your bike now that I look at your pic. Did you stage at RFK? I felt I needed to so this one to represent my nephew who is a sheriff in Georgia. Love all you guys, cept when you give me an entrance pass to the courthouse even when I didn't want one.
