Everything you are describing sounds like carb issues. You should really work with SKWEARpeg to get those resolved before you go chasing other issues.

Have you or did the PO do anything to change the TPS on the carb? What about your compression release solenoid? You see, even I can send you chasing different rabbits, but the carb is where to start before the others get addressed due to the symptoms you have described.
Just my 1/2 pennies worth,

When I worked on the carb, cleaning and replacing the manifold, I removed the TPS not knowing I shouldn't. I replaced it assuming that since I did not move any parts of the TPS it would be fine. Maybe it isn't.

I don't see how the enricher should slow the motor from turning over. While you may have carb issues, as I said if it don't turn over fast enough it loads up and won't start for anything. I'm not sure on the warrior starter as I'm running an aftermarket one by Thunderfire. Bought mine a couple years ago from this girl on ebay.

This looks like the same one but seems less than what I paid.

Thanks for the lead. I believe that this maybe is a multi issue problem. Winter project now includes removing carb check or change jetting, TPS adjust and starter replacement. Hopefully Skywrearpg will get back to me on the TPS thing.
