I installed true duals this spring. Basanni headers and American Classic mufflers. Also added a HD tour pack. Lowered the hard bags 5" and moved them back about 3"

Changed oil with Mobil 1 V Twin. Changed oil filter. Yesterday finished putting front end together after fork oil change. Mounted leather Harley Tour Pak (bought from coworker) last week. Bike is ready for summer, my friends...

busy week end, dumped the pump, called Curt for help, finally found hylomar, installed Curts intake, installed grizzly valve, called Curt again, rejetted carb, and changed back brakes. Now have to change all brake fluid, its dark n nasty, (reminds me of a girl I once knew and yes she could peel the paint too ) Thanks again Curt.

wire management..drilled a hole in the newly mounted heritage fender, inserted a rubber gromet. ran the wire from the front fender accent light thru the gromet to give the fender a much cleaner look. rerouted driving lights wires. connected driving lights wires & fender accent wire to a toggle switch to power them on & off. all the wires under the headlight & along the light bar are now in one piece of shrink tube. the front of the bike now has a really clean look.

Changed the oil for the first time by myself. Thanks to the tech article here and harbor freight for the $60 lift. But of course I now find when i purchased the oil filter wrench that Mobil 1 now makes a 3X capacity filter, I just had the 2X . I also installed my Shark radio system, 600W amp version. Works nice to 75 mph, just can't play any heavy bass stuff like another one bites the dust or candy shop. . Put on the E.D. passenger seat. Now I just need the front. Found myself just listening to the radio sitting on the back seat after going up into the snowy Berkshires for a nice ride. It was neat Pandora worked the whole way.

Installed my OEM K&N air filter. Didn't fit at first but didn't want to wait for another one so I made it fit and all good now.

I also routed the carb vent hose into the air cleaner where the crankcase vent hose was and then installed a longer hose inside where any puking could sit and evaporate rather than spilling all over the engine. I haven't had the puking problem yet but read about it here and thought this might be a solution that is out of sight. If anyone knows of a reason why this is a bad idea, let me know. If it ever gets tested I will post the results...
