For your sake, I hope your MRI is unchanged, but if it isn't, he deserves everything he's got coming to him. I've never been hit yet, but it's come close. Many Thai drivers play "Hierarchy of the Road." The bigger and more expensive the vehicle, the more power it gives them to encroach on your space. I've had to take the shoulder 2 or 3 times.
