If anyone has a manual can you tell what is the sequence of tightening the stock exhaust?

Tighten one bolt and then the next!

Seriously, make sure you have new stock exhaust header gaskets. They are superior to any aftermarket ones. Put everything together loosely. Most critical is getting a good seal at the exhaust. Move back and forth tightening all bolts, focusing on the exhaust bolts mostly. Don't over torque the exhaust bolts. Retighten the exhaust bolts after a few heat/cool cycles.

Tighten the header pipe flange in stages. If you tighten down one before the other side you'll crush the gasket at an angle then it'll be impossible to tighten down the other side and get a seal established.

Just alternate from side to side, a little at a time, once the stud nuts are finger tight, till they reach 14 ft. pounds of torque.

Too much and you'll bend the flange and render it useless.

Link.

heres the deal, loosen the mufflers so they spin , hang the whole exhaust on the rear hanger bracket while your buddy aligns each header to each cylinder, and finger tight the 2 bolts that hold muffler to that bracket . the headers should be loose and can be freely rotated aligned to the heads so you can assure it is seated evenly . next finger tight the header nuts to the engine with an extension and a socket until all is snug evenly , then tighten each side a little until torqued, do other header. than tighten the bracket bolts, then the the mufflers. if u are a gorilla, u can do it alone, but risk damage to chrome, etc.
