I'm not totally sure how to put in a link to the site, but hopefully this works.
Dchopper suggested we do something like this and it seems like a good idea. If you copy and paste it into your search engine it works.

I would like to put out a very warm heartfelt thank you to everyone that has responded so generously so far.
Check out the site. In the search box on the home page type in "Jayden's heart" then do the same on the next page. Scroll down and you'll find Jayden's story.
