Defiantly thinking of coming, this is also the weekend of the sun and surf ride to Ocean Shores.

Shores, We need a final head count by July 1st so I know if we need to order a Porta Potty. Also, do you think folks would rather ride to Sun & Surf event in Ocean Shores vs Windy Point?

Here is the list I have created of who I believe lives in the BC, WA, ID and OR area. Names in green are those who I believe have told me they are interested in coming. If you are coming, please PM me so I can send you the directions. I personally would prefer a road trip with the group to Windy Ridge on the back side of Mt. St. Helens, vs. the Sun & Surf. What say you all?

Hello Northwesterners & any others who may be interested. Mark your calendar for July 25-27, 2014 for the NORTHWEST STAR FEST. Hendog (Mike) has graciously offered to allow us to pitch our tents on Friday and Saturday night at his summer home just off highway 12 near Mayfield Lake (Mossyrock, WA). He has a huge front yard for tents and there are also hotels nearby if you prefer. There are also a few places to eat & a biker friendly bar with great food in town. Folks can show up Friday afternoon or Saturday AM. We are planning a 120 mile round trip ride on Saturday to Windy Ridge on the east side of Mt. St. Helens. Everyone must leave by 11am Sunday so Mike can ride to work. We may need to rent a porta potty if more than a hand full show up and will ask for donations at that time. Wives can use the home facilities. We can have a fire both nights and have a BBQ Saturday night. Alcohol is cool but no illegal drugs, including pot. Non-RSC friends are welcome too. Dan, it turns out that I have family in town that weekend, so I will not be able to go. Otherwise we would have definitely rode down together.

I wish I could go. This sounds like a great event! Be safe and have fun!
