Hello all,
Steve Shores here. Been reading the forum for a year or so and have learned a lot. Thanks to all. Just registered. Live in Washington state and been riding since about 12. Always looking for others in the area to ride with. Took a long break from 1984 to about 2012 after moving to the NW and thinking the weather was too wet for fun riding. That was a mistake, but oh well...now back riding. 2008 FI Roadstar Silverado with AIS removed, K&N in the stock box, WW tires, stage 2 stock pipes, custom narrowed front turn signal bar, Speed-o-Healer, triple whammy rear lights, SS brake lines, risers, lowered 1.5" in rear and miscellaneous other comforts and chrome. Do my own work outside the engine. Read about all the ethanol issues and additives. Considering Freedom True Duals Racing pipes with stock ECU and progressive springs in front forks. I'll start a new thread with some tech questions. Cheers!

Fairlane, you have the pipes I am considering, the Freedom true duals with black tips. Anny suggestions or regrets? Are you carbed or FI? Original ECU or not? Air filter? Color of the plugs after a good run?
