Polished/chrome "faux" oil tank side covers? 4 Years, 3 Months ago
I keep seeing pics of bikes on the net with polished/chrome "faux" oil tank side covers, but can't figure out where they're coming from. They look commercially made, as opposed to fabbed, because they all look identical. I know that Thunderbike Customs in Germany offers them for Harley, but can't find them for the Roadstar. Anyone have any idea? http://www.midnight-ride.com/wildthunder.htm

Actually, I finally figured it out. They're coming from SS Custom Cycle- at $450.00. For $450.00, they can kiss my hiney... I'll either try to make some and have them chromed, or just keep what I've got.
