When i got my roadie i went with a removable fairing so i could take it off when i wanted. That didnt work out so well. I have always had at least a windshield, but every now and then while cleaning up the bike I will run to the store with the fairing off and even at 45mph-ish I hate it. Are there any changes you think you would have done differently? steve I like it alot. The only problem was that I forgot to loctite one bolt and it fell out along my ride to Street Vibrations. I've ordered some replacements but it has taken awhile to send them to me. If you order one I went through Mike w/ED Seats. He was a big help with my selection. Here is a picture on my ride into Virginia City that weekend. Hope this helps.
