The transformation has begun. Trying to fit in work on my bike while getting all the brackets orders done is CRAZY!
Anyway, here are a few pics.
I didn't forget about you Jay, I will be documenting EVERYTHING.

I need to modify the pulley hub tonite. There will be about 1/2" between the brake rotor and swingarm at the closest point. Its a close fit. Clearance from the tire to the belt is only gonna be 3/8"!

Is the wheel centered (left/right)? Or do you need to move it over to the left (pully) side?

Covering a few questions here....
1. its a stock 210 Metzeler 880. The wheel came with a 250 on it. With the TIGHT fit the widest tire I can run is the 210.
2. I need to move the wheel over 1/2", it is off center in the pictures. I need to remove 1/2" of material from the hub of the pulley assembly (pics to come)
3. I am making my own brake caliper brackets, she's still gonna be a bagger so fancy brakes aren't a necessity.
