Doesn't the spray location also have camp sites? Toby and I could just pitch our tent as we always do.
We hardly ever stay in motels etc, usually prefer to camp. If you are bringing the 5th wheel, maybe we can get a campsite next to that, or perhaps they would allow us to pitch the tent along side the 5th wheel?

Yes there should be some tent room too!

Mikey Asked, and lets just call it for Spray Oregon. John Day rental house was a no go, other options too expensive. We may or may not run out of rooms, there are other rooms in the nearby area as well as extra space in my RV and tent options, possible shared room options.

I have another Email into the owner of the motel asking about how long we can put holds on the rooms for some amount of time. I am planning to go over by Wednesday with my RV and I would likely return Home on Monday after. What I think we really need is some idea on who is actually going, if they are needing hotel room or tent or RV space. We know right now we can't get into the house until Friday afternoon, so I will assume Mike and Steve will need a hotel room for a day or more? Who else wants to confirm at this early date? Speak up if you are 100% going, and who ever else how likely (%) you are to come.

As far as rides we can figure that out as time goes on but 2 good 200+ mile rides on Fri/Sat worked well the last time. Keep in mind that it will be remote, so bikes in top shape are a must! we can get more into this at a later date as well.

I'm a go, I will probably get a room at the motel so I don't have to move again when the house comes open. I still have to check to see if my misses is going to be able to make it.

OK Cool, I suggest booking ASAP. Would be great to get the house too (mainly for the kitchen/front porch/yard) so hopefully someone will step up for that too. Really sucks it is not available until Friday Though.

I locked down 3 rooms available from the 12th on. They still have some rooms available from the 13th on but I dont have any of those locked down.

Calling the River Bend Motel would be best. The next closest lodging would be Service Creek Lodge, 14 miles away and then The Oregon Hotel at Mitchell also has a few rooms and they are 34 miles away. Contact Mike or Jay for more info and suggestions.
