Wow, haven't seen the homepage change in awhile

So, many have asked, but I didn't see an answer. What was the interaction like with him afterwards?

Way to go, Gram. I don't have any such technical capabilities, so I'm REAL glad someone does.

Now, what, if anything, can be done further to see that this "gentleman" receives JUSTICE???

This ain't right. Glad you made it through ok. I read about a local rider here who was intentionally run off the road and killed by someone in some sort of initiation last year. This dude needs to be removed from the gene pool.

Geez, does this guy think he is in that old movie "Duel"? You need to everything in your power to get this guy off the road and into Jail. So he can't do this again for a while.

Might really be worth spreading the word to some local 1%ers. Give him some incentive to stay in Jail for a while.

+1. This guy needs an attitude adjustment.

Man, not really sure what to say other than I'm glad you didn't go down. Seems like he would have just kept right on going. Lucky timing on the Sheriff's arrival.

I'll be happy to post along Gram's article once you get the info inserted.

Glad you didn't go down and he didn't shoot you. They are doing the same thing around here too so I try and stay way ahead of them or at least let them get by if I can. Some it doesn't matter they are just after you. Hope they stick him in prison and let him play the girl role.

Re:intentionally run down by a motorist yesterday 4 Years, 5 Months ago
You survived...that's the main thing. I had a drunk driver do something like that to me, except my bike actually lodged in the grill of his Chevy pick-up. The impact took me off the seat, put my ass on the fender and my back up against the front of the truck's hood. I couldn't reach the handlebars...I was just along for the ride at that point. The guy noticed his new hood ornament pretty quickly, thank goodness, and pulled over and stopped, our two vehicles melded together as one. I gotta say that this guy didn't run and he took his lumps from the courts, but nonetheless, it was a wild ride and I never want another like it. I was lucky enough to walk away from that with no injuries. But what you got there is a homicidal maniac...put that sucker under the jail where he can't hurt the rest of us.

My brother rode sport bikes for many years...he had a pretty bad get-off once, totally his fault, but it messed him up pretty good. He has never gotten on a bike since then. I look at these guys with the wheelchair sidecar rigs and I wonder, If I got hurt while riding so bad that it put me in a wheelchair for life, would I want to ride again? I don't think that's a question you can truly answer until your'e actually in that situation. Sure, we all like to think we would, but...

I have been pretty lucky...the worst I ever got was a broken collarbone. I attribute some of that to playing football when I was younger..I know how to fall and roll with it. That, and I practice what I call, "offensive riding". Defensive driving is great in a car, but on a bike you ain't got any "pads" to defend yourself. I always move a little faster than traffic, and key on intersections where "left turners" will get you. There's more to it but I think I have rambled on long enough.

Get well soon.
