I will edit some pics into this org post photobucket was slow tonight. I just wanted to get the info out there before anyone else had the problem. Not really enough room for a wire. I was about to put an o ring into the threads after the nut, no room. Lucky the white roller come out and off easy, the about fall out. No idea why they are even needed, I don't really think they are needed. But you can instal new ones easily or maybe clean those up and put some dry lube on them. I thought I read on here some where that they were the sourse of the high pitched chirp sound that comes from that part of the bike. The idea is that this comes up on a search. I think I also said bolt when I meant nut, and a few other things. Someone also mention they do not have the two washers that are like spacers for the long bolts at the rear. Really? Are they just missing on some or not put on some models? They go on between the plate and the frame on the rear bolts that are longest of the bunch. My book also says 61 fT Lbs and I read in another book someone else said 64. I kept hearing this noise From my belt, from the front pulley. So, I went down to the Stealer, to have them look at it. Sure Nuff the damn Nut was loose, and there was NO WASHER !! They fixed it up for me. I think I had about 7,000 miles when this happened!! I made a post about it back then.. Thanks!!
