You just have to remember that the emulator takes up about 14 MM or so of spring space, so you have to subtract that from the length of the spacer that goes on top to achieve the overall length reccomended. You can call Race Tech and tell them you are using the progressive rate springs, and they may have specific reccomendations for that setup as well. I think Race Tech has a non-compete agreement with distributors, but I'm not sure. I think emulators are like $169.00 everywhere. We went on a field trip and saw one of the first CNC machines in Eastern Kentucky. It had 20 (!!) 5.5 inch floppy drives to hold enough lines of code to make a 3-way plumbing junction. They told us it took 3 weeks to get the code right, and they needed to sell at least 2000 of them to recover the cost of writing the program, if they were to sell the part at a competitive price! Wow! we've come a long way. My laptop can run 3 machines at once (acccording to?? it's just something I heard!) I still feel pretty behind. I personally like things a little on the stiffer side because I tend to ride pretty hard and rely heavily on the front brake when doing so. I have the S3732100 and feel I could even go one stiffer (I'm 200lbs.). But, the S3732095 should feel slightly less harsh during normal riding. The difference between the two would be tough to notice for the majority of riders, IMO So, the answer to your question lies in how you usually ride I think.   Logged       The administrator has disabled public write access.
