The '63 Split Window is my favorite Corvette.
The new 2014 is now my second.
The Hennessey C7 is one fast sumbitch!

The Auto Show is in town here in the Motor City. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it this yr. The show at Cobo Hall is one hell of a show.

What amazes me, is just what it takes to hit 200mph. People don't realize the power it requires. To give it some perspective, back in the day, I had a 350 hp car with a top speed of 182 mph. That in of itself is not too amazing. What is amazing is that it takes *double* the horsepower, just to go from 182 to 200 mph! …It's really nuts when you think about it. I'm no aerodynamicists, but I do know it has to do with the drag created at those speeds. So this is pretty impressive!
