A Dremel tool with a grinding wheel is very helpful. Curt has done a bunch for members, but his health is not what it was. Barons sells a Ported manifold, but Curt was always critical about their porting job. He thought they could of been a bit more aggressive, and the Barons doesn't have the flange faces surfaced like Curt did. If you get a Barons, I'd encourage you to surface them before installing. Curt also sweated the AIS port shut for those that wanted it. You don't have to worry about it leaking because the cap blew off or cracked, if it is soldered shut.
