I've got family in the club. The club has had multiple attempts at stopping the sale of those patches... problem is they come from China. Then people sell them here.

not sure if copyright and trademark amount to the samething, but they are trademarked. But how do you get US officals to go to China and stop the people from making them?

Considering that the atf and dea have it in for the dominant clubs I really don't see the Govt. stepping up to help them
