The case has been assigned to a prosecutor who I will probably be speaking with soon. I want to be sure to give him the video of the guy I happened to see when he passed the car behind me, me, and the vehicle front of me getting on the 417 a short time back. It's bullshit, and I told the states attorneys office that's what I thought.

As I was entering the freeway and took my second look at oncoming traffic, the same asshole blew out from the ramp and accelerated by all three of us, I quick grabbed my phone and threw in on the dash recording. He had to have been doing 100 and although hard to see on the vid, I saw where he got off and followed. He first boogied thru the light making a right, and the guy walking his bike across I waited for. Again, by the time I turned, he was 1/4 to 1/2 mile down the road, but caught the light. So I pulled up right behind him in the left turn lane, until he turned, where I hung back, he was all on the guys ass in front of him, doing the same side to side shit he did with me before ramming me. This time it's on video.

When I saw the front end of that car in my mirror, I knew instantly it was him with the damage from hitting me still there.

I'm going to keep on the prosecutor not to cave for any plea agreements. They have to prove intent. I won't hazard to say that moron will kill someone very soon, and when he does I'll not wonder a damned thing.

Met with the Prosecutor today, went over things. It's not a cut and dried deal. I expressed my thoughts and they gave their sentencing guidelines based on scoring. I'm going to wait before putting anything out here with regards to that meeting today. I could be subpoenaed for deposition and so forth. To me it's pretty simple, but the states attorneys have things they have to follow, parameters, guidelines, protocol, whatever it is. I'm all good with how things panned out today.

Have you posted the video somewhere? Maybe it's evidence and you can't?

Wow! I just happened to check in and see this. I had recently been subpoenaed for a 1/20 date. This is news to me. The asshat's attorney is draggin shit out obviously. I would have called the states attorneys office today had I seen this. Monday for sure.

That's alright. This Sunday I'll be going to the Roar on I-4 ride with B.A.C.A. I'm sure some fellow riders will like to know this crap.

Not sure what this notice of taking deposition is all about, but the prosecutor told me they may ask to depose me. Not much to remember for the few minutes this idiot decided to do what he did. This really gets my goat. This guy is out there just roaming around like king shit.
