Pay it forward "CARB"

As some of you may know, I was having problems that seemed to be carb related (someone drilled through it.)

I purchased a 2004 carb from a member, and then Curt sent me a stripped 2005 body FOR FREE! I rebuilt both carbs, bike runs great now! As a pay it forward I will give the other rebuilt carb to someone else in need (and I will pay shipping. USA)

Carb is a 2005 (with a 99 bowl)
All NEW o-rings
Comes with fuel line, 2004 heater cable, idle adjust cable, and enricher cable,

Jetting is as follows:
Needle is stock Mikuni part
New PMS screw (stock)
Main jet Mikuni 182.5 (190 also included)
Starter jet Mikuni 57.5 (stock)
Pilot jet Mikuni 35 (stock)

Float adjusted to 2004 and newer spec

Carb was dipped (5 days) cleand with gumout and all passages blown clear.
Needle and coast-down rubber checked

What the carb DOES NOT come with:
TPS sensor (does have the screws) [neither the one I bought, or Curt’s, came with one.]
Bowl vent filter

So, if you NEED a new carb to fix your issues, let me know. Please post why you need the carb, and if there is more than one person in need, I will work with Curt (as he provided the body) to make the final decisions.

Going to wait until Friday and then decide (with Curt if needed)

I got hooked up on a needle recently so in the spirit of PIF, I'll throw in a 170 main and 37.5 pilot if whoever is getting it needs it for the BAK jetting, free of course!

If this Carb. will work for my '01 1600 I would really like to accept this offer. I'm having a bad time with coughing and sputtering . My gas use has gone from 42 mpg to 30 and no amount of Seafoam or Marvel Oil has any effect. I have BAK and BUB Shorties so I need a 170 Main and 37.5 Pilot. Can this happen ?
