well they took the IVC filter out. that is the filter that they put in thru my jugular to catch blood clots. it did it's job and caught the one that developed in my left leg. ultrasound on both legs came back clean.
It's my birthday today, 56 yrs young. Hoping to get released today. Dr said yesterday if this morning's labs look good I am outta here.

still got a long ways to go but it will be better done at home.

yup got my ok from the Dr. now they are just making sure my meds are all lined up for me etc then we will be rolling out.

SO SO glad we got that suburban. It makes things very comfy

Loren, Glad you got to go home, much more comfortable and relaxing. I'm sure you will ride again, it will just take some time.
I was wondering, what type of helmet do you wear and was there any damage on it and where was that damage, top, chin, back. Has to do with a conversation I saw about helmet choice.
