Try your dealer. They might have the needle and jets. If you have an HD dealer around they should have the jets. Maybe the needle. I'm guessing the wrenches at your dealer probably have a box of old needles and jets layin around. Usually try to fill up at 200 to 225 miles or so to stay on the upside of reserve. Mileage is better in warmer months, probably because less choke time. It seems every time I get gas I've gone 150 miles and I take on 3.5 - 4 Gal.(Depends on how I ride...) I've hit reserve one time and that was on a highway run of about 210 miles... According to a the last few calculations for MPG I'm only getting about 36/gal. I'm not overly happy about that considering others on here report getting upwards of 40 on a regular basis. I think I need to do the Musky Enricher Tech and see if I can get a bit more distance out of it.
