#518810 SKWEARpeg (User) Platinum Boarder Posts: 12885 A Seafoam suggestion. 5 Years, 7 Months ago   I don't know why it took me so long to see it..well I have a good idea, but it hurts me to think about it While buying some awhile back, I noticed they sell it by the gallon also, at a pretty good discount to the bottles. Since I don't drive my truck hardly at all now, I noticed I was having some issues with it( I really like the real time fuel monitors). The Seafoam cured it, so now I use it in My bike, truck, and the wifes vehicle, the boat, the lawn mower, and diesel gennie. O'reilly's, had it for $51.00 a gallon. I just refill the smaller 1 pint bottles now. Keeping with the SeaFoam theme here: I have used the old empty bottles to carry some emergency fuel in the saddle bags on long rides in the past. I use two MSR camping fuel bottles for this purpose but the SeaFoam bottles worked great. I start to sweat a little when riding thru rural Virginia the first couple times, until I planned my gas stops at known gas stations. I've never actually run out, and don't really want to either.
