My Bike

Year: 2001
Exhaust: V&H Longshots
Manifold: stock
Carburetor: stock
Engine Mods:
K&N YA-1699 filter in stock air box.
AIS removed.
Added 2, 1 3/8 inch extra holes to the factory airbox(poor mans BAK). Trailing edge towards the bottom. I removed the rubber boot in the air box inlet.
I have adjusted the little screw(duration) and lock nut on the accelerator pump. The locknut is on top of the arm, and the screw, is 2 1/2 turns off of the nut
Rejetted the carb.
The intake manifold, is ported by Curt.
Running Pumpless, with the Yamaha Grizzly valve, and an inline filter.

Main Jet Size: 167.5
Pilot Jet Size: 37.5

PMS Turns Out: 2 3/8
