Your turn signal issue should be an easy fix. Install a diode in each of the turn signal wires leading to the indicator in the speedo housing. When you are using all led signals, there will be some bleed through the indicator light without the diodes.
Are you sure the headlight issue isn't just a bulb?
So even though the turn signal lights are still bulbs, still add the diodes. Also, the diodes, that's just another word for the inline resisters, correct?
Welcome from Puyallup, WA.
No, a diode is different than a resistor. A diode allows electricity to only go in one direction which depends on the direction you install it. That's how you can control backfeed. A resistor allows the flow in either direction.

You said LED tail light. As in just the one, or do you mean he also put LEDs in the the back turn signals?
The whole tail brake light assembly is an aftermarket LED unit. The turn signals are still bulds
OK, if only the tail light is LED, the turn signals are still stock...
... don't we want to get away from the cross feed issue and diode solution?
Sounds to silly, but at least start by checking each bulb and socket.

If there are standard bulbs in either front or back sigs, I'd check for bad signal grounds first before installing diodes. When the PO installed the new tail light, they very well could have messed up the grounds on the rear signals.

Thanks, will check the ground wires, about the diodes, theres so many different kind. Is there a particular one I would need if the ground doesn't pan out?
Also I'm getting excited, I think im getting close to getting greetings from all of the states.
