Sad Farewell 1 Month ago
Since the end of February has been announced as the closing of our great community. I just wanted to express my gratitude to you guys here. This site is the reason I bought a Roadstar. I was narrowed down to two different models and the knowledge available here stayed me. I don't regret it at all. I am not on Facebook so with the closing of this site, I lose some great memories. Also with Celina not happening anymore, there's no real easy way to see the guys here. It's been a great ride, and I'll ride with you guys mentally in the future.

Until our roads cross, take care guys and keep the shiny side up.

I would love to. But the cost of getting there plus food and lodging makes it too hard, at least right now.

Chris, keep an eye on the site, it may continue on in a different format. [fingers crossed]

If we don't see you, best of luck in your endeavors and keep the rubber side down!

Even if you try to log in & don't see much, don't remove your bookmark to this place just yet .....

If it is picked up by someone and continues, there will definitely be a period of absence due to re-porting the database for a new forum software package.
During that time I would imagine there will be either nothing or at least a simple Landing Page telling you to "Stand By".

This fits in here, right? I mean, I can make this fit in here ... right?

Celina might not be "official",
but if the location is central enough we still have a motel/bar/restaurant to get together at and plan a ride.

I'm not sure what the club will have going on, but the BS can happen in the hotel parking lot as easily as the club's.

I have been a member since 04/2009. I have seen a lot of different names come and stay for awhile and have some great and entertaining post and poof they aren't there anymore. I love this site for the great information being (Road star, life, anything) that everyone shares on here. Every morning and sometime afternoon i get on the computer just to see what's up and happening it's like i'm addicted to it. Now i hope that the Clinic doesn't disappear totally but if it does i will go on to Facebook if and when to get my fix. I have never met any other members here being of my own work and family responsibilities but seem to know a little bit about most of you. I will always remember the Road Star Clinic. May GOD grant you many years of riding the best roads in this great COUNTRY on our fine YAMAHA ROAD STARS. Michael York/kroyleahcim
