Ok folks, I resolved the problem,it was the starter.Even though I rebuilt it ,checked continuity on the armature,and bench tested it,everything checked out ok.i guess maybe under load Somthing was shorting out internally. I have also changed the oring on the carb float needle. Thanks everyone for your help.

from Texas. Glad you got it fixed but I would change the oil and filter as it may be diluted with fuel and start over just to be safe. Oil is cheaper than a new engine.
