At least you didn't do it IN the HD dealership on a new Street Glide because you forgot to put the kickstand down while you were sitting on it... Not that I have ever done this

That's just a tip over if you're stopped. Gotta be moving for the full effect.

Pride heals quickly. Shit happens. The first time I dropped my first roadie, it was because I had padlocked the steering and forgot to unlock it. I was parked close to a wall, so I was real gentle standing it up and rolling it away. Turned around, went to straighten up and gave a burp on the throttle and off I tumbled! Like was said before, 2 kinds of riders.. Those who have laid it down, and those who will.

Did that in a local park.
Fell over on the right side.
Didn't realize I had stopped where there was a depression where my right foot planted.
No damage.
No witnesses!

Yup.....been there......my first bike...Yam 750...hit throttle too hard from the stop and back wheel spun out from under me...at least you were not hurt

a friend of mine and a 40 yr rider told me ha was returning home "back in the day" from an afternoon of beer swilling. He was trying to be inconspicuous as he knew he was over the limit and didn't wanna attract attention by the locals...came to a stop real slow and real cool....bam....forgot to put his feet down and dropped his HD.....

Only time I fell over sitting still was way back. On my Honda 350 going home for lunch from work. Pulled up to stop sign, went to put feet down and my right one wouldn't go. Fell over on the right side.
When I got on the kick start lever slid up between my boot and pants!!!!
