Two schools of thought on plugs. E3.36 and NGK Iridiums (DPR7EIX-9 / 7803). I have been running the E3s for the last three years, and I have a set of Iridiums waiting when the E3s stumble. I think most of the guys on here would tell you go Iridium. By the way, the Iridiums take a larger plug wrench than the E3s. So I have two sizes of plug wrenches now.

The plug socket wrench in the original Yami tool kit fits the iridium plugs.

I've had both the E3 and the Iridium and I think I like the Iridium better...don't ask my why, I just do.

Don't plug anything on the carb. You can just remove that hose from the carb. That is not causing any problems you might be having.
