You didn't make any other changes? I would go back to the stock pilot
. Make sure you don't have any leaks. The carb
is all the way into the manifold and the clamp is good. The air box has a good seal on the carb. On a fully warmed up bike adjust the PMS
by slowly turning it in until the motor stumbles. Then counting the turns slowly turn it back out until the motor stumbles again. Half way in between is good for the PMS. So if you go back out 3 turns you need to go back in 1 1/2. Remember, make the turns slowly. You can even stop every turn and let the motor catch up. Set the idle on a fully warmed upbike.
