I can tell you how to bleed that brake very easily.

I had that same problem.

Remove the caliper from the bracket.
Turn it so that the bleed nipple is at the top.
Now put a wood block between the pads to a aluminum or steel plate.
Now bleed the cylinder.
It will respond like it should.
After it is bled remount it on the bracket.
When you are bleeding it for the FIRST time, the bleed nipple has to be at the top.

About the clutch. I had that same problem building my bike the clutch handle seemed normal but would not go into gear.
I took the clutch cover off and took out the clutch plates. None of the plates were stuck together.
I put it back together.
I started it up and put it into gear and it works.

I was just going through what i spent on the bike build this winter / summer minus all the fixturing and tools that we will continue to use....

I spent about $1100 overall

Damn, that's awesome that you were able to do it that cheap. Certainly beats the hell out of the $3500+ price tag that Coyote wanted for their full bobber frame kit. So how well does it get down the road with the right side drive now?

The first gear issue was the kickstand switch and thats all set.

I do take the caliper off when bleeding but the issue i think is my master cylinder. I even bought a new rebuild kit for it but for whatever reason the fluid in the reservoir is not making it into the master cylinder the reservoir is clear and so is the line. Our master cylinder has a plastic fitting on it that i blew out with air and it doesnt seem to be clogged.... anyone else have this issue?

Everything is lined up pretty good. I don't really feel a difference although my gear ratio is "quicker" so it feels like it hauls ass lol. I can keep up with my brothers 600RR right around 65mph but after that hes gone. The rigid frame is definitely different but i am super happy I went through with it.... i just absolutely love the look.

I had to take two calipers apart that would not bleed and the pistons were really stuck hard.
Had to use air pressure to get them apart. Be careful to not get hit with a flying piston!

I had a bad piston seal in my rear master that would suck the fluid right back in. Almlst like the seal was rolling inside the master.

So i think either the feed hole or return hole is clogged in the top of the master cylinder causing the issue.

I really like those exhaust shields that you have made.

They look great.
If you had the time and patience you could weld some 1/8 inch round rod around the edges.
