LED turn signal flasher? 10 Months, 1 Week ago
found some older threads on it and how you can use a 3 prong flasher but lose auto cancel. Anyone found one that is plug and play to the 5 prong we have? I like that a whole lot better than resistors or remembering to cancel my signal

Some weird, add-on /plug-ins out there that I can't find a definitive answer to your question.
See if you find anything that'll work.

Just do the flasher resistor mod (http://www.joystick.ca/Flasher_mod.pdf) and be done with it. I think this mod was done originally on a Virago but the same module as ours. I did it and it took me one hour, LED flashers and I still have my self-cancelling.

I don't have a lot of luck with things electrical. I'm great for letting the smoke out of the wiring!

I'm starting to think about just getting that $20 flasher and cancelling my own signals. I'm getting the mirrors that show the signals blinking...
