Watched it and looks good but I guess I must be starting to show my age cause I would rather ride slow through that ride and enjoy the scenery!!
IMO!!! I'm just not in a hurry anymore!!!!!

I've ridden it several times..........fast and slow. Police presence is very heavy now , as it is a "must see/do" in the M/C world. Still , a very cool place to ride. BB

What a great thing to watch while you take a break from shoveling snow.
Can't wait to get out and ride, but around here you have to wait for a good rain to wash the sand off the roads before I start grindin' down my floorboards.

That is a cool video.

For my Dad for Christmas I bought Jerry "Motorman" Palladino's video on "How to ride the Dragon". That is a good video. He talks about cornering, how to pick your line, talks about braking into the corner etc.

My Dad rides a Valkyrie Interstate. We are tentatively planning to travel to the Dragon for our May long weekend. Should be about a 12-13 hour ride to get there.

I wonder what it would be like to ride the Dragon on a Chopper? My buddies are mad at me for buying a raked triple tree for my Road star. Said that it's going to be almost impossible taking those turns unless I'm doing like 20 MPH which will piss off everyone behind me.

I don't have problems cornering on mine, I can stay with the best of them. Get the trail right and you will be ok.

I'd be willing to bet you would still be ahead of me!

The Dragon is a nice place to ride but there are other roads that are just as good, if not better! It's also getting crazy up there too.... to many THP Officers, too many sport bikes going WAY too fast and too many folks that just plain don't know how to ride up there.

Next time you are up this way, give me a holler and I'll take you on some roads that make the Dragon look tame......! ( 116 from Wartburg to Lafallette comes to mind... )

Best regards....

I plan to make that ride this year, but it won't be at that speed. I think I'm more for the slower, safer. I've seen the pictures of some of the gofast bikes that didn't make some of the curves!

Hey Mike, is that an open invitation, If all goes as planned, I will be moving to Spring City sometime this year, and I could use a guided tour..
