[quote]Yea....that's aggravating and quite often I'll say something. Then yesterday I see the icing on the cake ...... i pull into a local grocery store parking lot and to my surprise right next to the last handicapped spot in every isle is a reserved for green/electric vehicles! !!! I'm thinking .....this is frigging ridiculous! They can't be serious! ITS AN ELECTRIC CAR!! IT DOESBT USE FUEL!!! lol....shouldn't they park the furthest away so the gas burners don't drive so far back to save fuel? That's green to me.

I guess we could park our bikes in that spot? Our gas mileage is as good as most "green" cars. Don't get me started about being green though, just thinking about it makes me want to burn tires

Yeah, if you are going to display one of those tags then use it. Those of us who are able bodied need the normal spaces for ourselves and can't use the ones reserved for YOU. Maybe they should fine handicap parking in normal spots like they do normal parking in handicap spots. That might get things right.

I have a placard in my car for my wife and it has the last 4 #'s of her drivers lic on it. If she is not in the car and I was to park in a handicap spot and got caught it would be the same as not having a placard at all. Now I would intentionally park in the reserved for electric car spot. That sign don't mean Sh#t. Just like the pro parking at Home Depot. I ask the cashier what the pro parking was all about and she said "You be a Pro,you can park there".
