Lowers. 2.) Some screws and nuts. Hope this helps. No for real though, if you have the Reckless mounted to the stock windshield mounts, someone's like Curt's lowers just screw directly to the bottom 2 holes in the mounts. I have the lindy bars, so I don't know if they work with the big bars or not.. They bolt right to the Yamaha windsheild bracket. Had to reshape the top curve with a dremel.
